TAZA CHOCOLATE
Taza Chocolate was one of my first clients in Boston after I moved from New York. After photographing product and production for them for several years, I mentioned in passing that all I needed to complete the picture was to photograph the harvesting, fermenting and drying of the cacao beens. They jumped at the idea and the next thing I knew I was on a plane to the Dominican Republic.
